SBDNC honors all exchanges based on the condition of all returned inventory. If the item is like new, SBDNC Apparel will exchange the item without charging for the shipment back. At this time, SBDNC Apparel only honors returns that are the following:
- Inventory arrives damaged, failing to exceed the expectation of the SBDNC Apparel staff.
- Inventory is not what the customer ordered based on the color and size.
SBDNC Apparel will NOT honor a return of a shirt/sweatshirt that does not fit based on the customer's body. However, SBDNC Apparel will honor an exchange.
ALL EXCHANGES are honored with a 7-Day Exchange Policy, seven days after the product has arrived to the customer. On the 8th day and so on, the customer will not be able to do an exchange. A store credit will be issued out to be used ONCE in our store.
ALL EXCHANGES must be returned at the customer's expense; however, SBDNC Apparel will pay for the postage to be returned to the customer. Please contact email@example.com regarding all exchanges and where to send the apparel to.
